Over five years at UBL, I led a security redesign that reduced app fraud from 36 cases a day to zero by March 2024, and helped establish the bank’s first CX team. I now lead four designers supporting ten product teams across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Pakistan. My focus spans login and identity, business permissions, service design and internal tools. I also built an AI workflow that turns written briefs into clickable prototypes, more than halving my delivery time.
